With a light, shimmery shade packed into the center of the eyelid, the halo eye creates a halo effect around the eyes, instantly brightening and widening them. For her version of the halo eye, Natasha pats Morgana 131DC, a reddish coral duochrome with a golden shift, in the middle of the eyelid to create eye-opening depth and dimension.
