The Sunset Palette Series: Cut Crease

May 17, 2017

To celebrate the launch of her limited edition Sunset Palette, Natasha Denona created a special series of eye looks using the palette’s solar-inspired shades. Follow along with Natasha as she recreates the looks—from a vintage-glam cat eye to a shimmering cut crease—in these step-by-step video tutorials.

The cut crease is having a major moment right now, and it’s not hard to see why. The technique, which defines the crease of the eyelid with a crisp border of contrasting color, has an instant eye-opening effect, making eyes appear larger and more lifted. To create this shimmering cut crease, Natasha uses the shade Igneous 133CM from the Sunset Palette to sketch a line just above the crease of the eyelid. Watch the video tutorial to follow along—it’s not as hard as it looks, we promise.
